The short version: after Stripe confirms your payment, your access link arrives by email within minutes. There is nothing to ship and nothing to download from an app store.
What you receive
Pena Study Daily is a web application. When your payment is confirmed we email you a personal access link plus setup instructions to the address you entered at checkout. Opening that link gives you the app in your browser, with the features included in the plan you bought.
Delivery time
Delivery is automatic and normally takes a few minutes. In rare cases a payment takes longer to clear on the bank's side, which can delay the email by up to 24 hours.
If nothing arrives
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders — automated emails often land there.
- Check that the address you typed at checkout is correct.
- Still nothing after 15 minutes? Email support@penasfoundation.site with your Stripe receipt number and we resend it manually, usually within one business day.
Installing it as an app
Pena Study Daily runs in Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox on any phone, tablet or computer. To keep it on your home screen, open the access link and choose “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone and iPad, or “Install app” on Android and desktop. It then opens full-screen with its own icon and updates itself. Installing is optional; the app works in a normal browser tab as well.
No physical shipment
We do not ship any physical product. There are no shipping fees, no delivery address, no carrier and no customs. Workbooks included in some plans are downloadable PDF files.
Access period
Access starts on the day of delivery and runs for the period of the plan you bought. Timed plans simply end when the period is over; nothing renews automatically and no card is kept on file for future charges.
Requirements
You need an internet connection, a modern browser updated within roughly the last two years, and the email address you used at checkout. No specific device, operating system or app store account is required.
